We have located a set of four buildings owned by the Minneapolis. School Board in North Minneapolis.

Since the school board has recently constructed new school around the north side of Minneapolis

Presently, these buildings are not on the market, but Leon has advised the school board of our interest

in purchasing. The price tag is $12 million, which we may need to develop a Senior Land Trust

classification to broaden our resource of funding. Our initial income source will come from securing

foreclosed real estate and donated real estate, renovating and reselling that real estate.

The profits from these efforts as well as possible acquisition of income properties for rental and

management of our REO property will provide our basic administrative expense income.
